Hafida Boufraioua

Work experience

Hafida holds a MSc in Biomedical Sciences and a MSc in Management from
the KU Leuven in Belgium. In 2021 she completed the VC Unlocked: VentureCapital Executive Education at Stanford University & Global 500.

Hafida worked in strategy consulting specifically in life sciences in Benelux, supporting various stakeholders including big pharmacos, medtech, digital health, start-ups and spin-offs, investors and the Belgian healthcare authorities. Thereafter, she joined the Entrepreneurship team at CERN in Geneva, designing and launching the CERN Venture Connect Program, including the development of a simplified license agreement.

Before joining ETH transfer in September 2026, she was part of the ETH
Entrepreneurship team, where she worked on the Business Creation Regulations and setting up the Express License and ETH Start-up label procedures.
